This was the first time be going in years. The homemade soda was delicious. We got the $13 much special. It was fabulous. It was the chicken bacon ranch wrap and I got the roasted vegetables. I normally do not like crunchy vegetables but these are so good. My mother got sweet potato fries with hunters and they were excellent. A bazookine comes with each meal. We got the salted caramel and a strawberry shortcake one. Both of them were excellent. I am always on the lookout for places that are allergy and friendly. My husband is allergic to shellfish. When she was done taking her order she asked if there were any allergies. I don't know how many times we have gone to other restaurants and even if we told them he was allergic to shellfish, we had to give him Benadryl after because it had been exposed. I have another fat who is gluten tolerant. There were several options available and even one of the pizza cooking desserts is gluten free.

The food was good. If you order online make sure your things are in the bag; I picked up my food from this location. I ordered fish and chips i only got the fish and no tarter sauce that is required with the meal. I paid a little over $25 for 4 fish pieces.

The staff was really impressive for the 4:20 pizzookie day. Everyone was busy and doing their best. I overheard the bartenders name Sarah, she was providing excellent service.

Brunch at BJ’s is one of those reliably fun Tallahassee spots when you want something easy, satisfying, and just a little extra. It has that perfect “everyone can find something” menu balance: a few surprisingly healthy choices for the disciplined brunch crowd, and plenty of glorious “today is not the day for restraint” options. On this visit, the blackened shrimp tacos absolutely understood the assignment. The shrimp were tender, juicy, and succulent: none of that tragic overcooked, rubber-band texture that can ruin a perfectly good brunch mood. The wait staff were attentive and friendly throughout the meal, checking in at just the right moments; right up until it was time to ask for a refill, when the universe briefly tested everyone’s patience. A small pause in the otherwise smooth brunch flow, and honestly, a very relatable restaurant experience. Now let’s talk dessert, because this is where brunch casually turns into an event. Option one: the double Ghirardelli chocolate ice cream over a warm chocolate brownie. Completely over the top in the best possible way. It’s rich, dramatic, and unapologetically made for chocolate lovers who believe subtlety is overrated. Option two,

Good visit. Nice place. Got the tri-tips with mushrooms and onions with roasted veggies. The onions and mushrooms were inedible because of salt. I imagine it was the cook and not the recipe because the veggies were very salty too in some bites. It was hard to swallow but I'm a roasted veggie nut and the texture was spot on. Service was hit or miss. The server forgot a couple of items and didn't get the order right. It was well after lunch so it wasn't busy as an excuse. The server was genuinely very nice and helpful though. Nice atmosphere, easy to talk and very clean. Prices are what you'd expect for a nice table service establishment. We'll be back but probably all for less salt, lol.
